Body not producing steroid

I'm 28 years old and I have a 4 year old son. Me and my partner are trying for baby number 2 for nearly 6 months now but sadly no success. I had the merina coil in before hand for about 9 months and before that I had the pill injection which I was on for about a year.

I've had blood tests done on day 21 after first day of period and it's says i'm not ovulating and i'm not producing any progestrone... they want to start me on fertility treatment now. i've being doing some re-search to understand what's wrong with me. I've even used clomid to try help but nothing.... and it's rare a bleed and very rare I have a full period, i've read that vitamin B6 can help?? which hopefully i'll find out soon as i've orded some today..... need help with what else i can use and do to help me making a baby?

Would this progesterone cream that everyone talks on here about work on me??? Many thanx.
